With my academic interest in Psychology and personal development, alongside several years working exposure in the Social Health Care industry as a care worker for children with Emotional and Behavioural problems, and also my Industrial experience as both a coach and trainer, it became a natural progression for me to look at how our minds and bodies are connected and how this can impact on our Health, Emotions, Behaviour and Wellbeing.

My fascination with Hypnotherapy started whilst attending a seminar by Tony Robbins (Unleash the Power within) when I was treated with Hypnosis for a phobia I had at the time by a fellow attendee and it changed my life and career aspirations from that moment forward. Hypnosis has been a major part of my life since that day, and has been the major love of my life apart from my Wife and Children.

Since leaving school I have undertaken further studies to enhance my hypnotherapy and psychological skills becoming a fully qualified Life and Business Coach with LifeCoachSchool International and the Coaching Academy, and a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapy Practitioner through the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and the University of Greenwich. Paul is also qualified in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Paul is an Associate member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, The Coaching Association, The Coaching Network and The Complementary and Alternative Medicine Researcher Network, along with the NHS Directory of Complimentary and Alternative Practitioners.

My busy hypnotherapy practice is based from Harewood Clinic in Bawtry and where he is happy to work with both private and NHS patients alike, many patients are seen in the comfort of their own homes across the Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire regions and beyond. I provide debt management, stress management courses and self hypnosis classes across the Yorkshire region. If required I can provide a network of suitably qualified hypnotherapist’s to assist with any further issues/training throughout the Yorkshire region and beyond.
